This golden ceramic shoreline sculpture is hand-built stoneware, shaped by the soft lines left as water slips back along the shoreline. Inspired by the quiet marks formed in the sand at low tide, where movement settles into gentle patterns.
Warm golden-bronze tones and a beautifully low, horizontal form make this piece truly distinctive, a sculpture that sits close to the earth, calm and unhurried.
Each piece is unique, shaped entirely by hand in my studio in Jakobstad, Finland. No two are ever the same.
